April Lyons is the founder of ALLy Community Health Associates. She is a registered nurse with 24-years of health care experience in community and population health management. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Community Systems Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Lyons has extensive experience developing and implementing programs for vulnerable populations across the lifespan. She has worked in a variety of settings which include nonprofit organizations, health care systems, correctional facilities, managed care organizations and public health.
She has also held several academic appointments as an assistant professor and an adjunct instructor of community health nursing at several colleges and universities in PA and NJ. Ms. Lyons is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and received an Excellence in Leadership Award from the Delta Rho Chapter. She has the distinction of being inducted into the inaugural class of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Leadership Academy for the Public's Health.

Ms. Phillips’ received her Associate of Science Degree in Nursing from Wesley College and both her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Integrated Studies and Master’s in Public Administration from Delaware State University. Ms. Phillips is a highly capable and compassionate health care professional who has spent more than a decade working as a practice manager in an Infusion/Rheumatology Practice. Ms. Phillips is adept at managing clinical operations and improves efficiency through her inexhaustible work ethic, penchant for ingenuity, and sound business acumen. Ms. Phillips is deeply committed to advocating for underserved patient populations as well as equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Ms. Phillips has an unswerving commitment to maximizing the patient experience by providing culturally competent care as well as outstanding customer service.
